Ok so I said I'd post with how much I lost after my weigh in. I'm extremely happy to say I lost 1.8kg YAY

I just really focused on my eating this week. hardly any exercise, other then chasing the 4 kids around. So this week I will be continuing my focus on foods which has made me feel GREAT!!! But I will also start including the exercise. Just some pilates for now as its raining, hasn't stopped for a while so we'll see whether I can get outside for a walk.

Great work Trish!

I've only lost 1.1 for the whole month At least it's a loss but at this rate it will take me 2 years to lose the 20kg I need to lose!

I am finding it really hard to budge weight atm..I am stuck... I dont diet ..just eat relatively healthy..but going to the gym everyday for up to two hrs..ppl are starting to comment that I am shaping up..I wish I had tape measured myself..cause it doesnt really reflect on the scales..I just really feel I need to go under 85kgs to feel like all this hardwork is paying off.

I've hit my first target weight, so I've lost 5 kilos (15 to go) . Unfortunately I can't see where its come off.
One thing that's annoying and I'm not sure why its happening - I weigh every day but only record on Sundays - anyway by the middle of the week it shows I've lost a full kilo but by Sunday I've only lost 1/2 kilo, this has happened for the past 2 weeks. I don't eat any differently so I don't know why I'm smaller in the middle of the week - maybe I should change weigh day

I've added bike riding to my walking and I am feeling it, I don't think I have ridden a bike since I was a kid. I'm so slow on the hills, I can't wait to get fitter and whizz up them.

bec, don't weigh yourself every day. It fluctuates too much.

Stick to once a week
