my mum had a pet, she lived here with us b4 she moved away a year ago... & we took on the lease...
The agent said the landlord wont pay for it & will just laugh in his face if he asks him to. Apparently they didnt do it and its something they can't do anything about.

doesnt matter, we will try flea bombing ourself & if that doesnt work i will just pay for it. I have savigns for this reason (incase something goes wrong)

There are certain health regulations which have to be upheld by the landlord. If there were rats everywhere, would they say you have to pay to have them removed because you left crumbs on the floor one night?
I would go to the tenants tribuneral. These days, rented houses have to have heating, airconditoning, clean water and be bugs/rodent free.

 I would definately be looking into it you would be surprised what rights you really have and what landlords are supposed to do

if they can let squatters live in houses and trash them and not have to pay for it then its worth fighting for kylee
