haha yeah I heard that this morning.... one was born at 11:58pm ... not sure about the other one though.... makes you think that it was a natural birth, cause I really don't see why the staff would plan something like that
... (even if only to make their own lives easier ) ...imagine how strange it would be having to write their birth dates completely different every time you needed to do it.eta: just read that they were born 12 weeks early.... poor babies ![]() At 11:58 the baby girl arrived, weighing just 1-pound, 15-ounces. She was the last baby of 2006. Then at the stroke of midnight, the Hoenig's met their baby boy at 2 pounds, 7 ounces. He's the state's first baby of 2007. http://www.wcsh6.com/news/article.aspx?storyid=48798

It's even more cool that the girl was the last baby born for the year and the boy was the first baby born for 2007. I hope they are ok though - they are tiny

If they were my kids - I'd have the birthdate as the 31/12/06 - yeah it might be cool to have them born on different days etc - but practically it would be a PITA!

oh julie, they might hate that (and it would be illegal. and imagine how hard it would be on the youngest child when they need to do something that involved their real birthdate)
my parents forgot my real birthdate for a while - it is the 13th, but i had it on the 12th. not nice to know at the time - 'mum can't be bothered writing my birth date cos it's different to my twin's'
