We've written to blogger itself as we had problems signing our daughter in. We created an account for her but forgot both her her user name and password. We wrote to them and they were incredibly helpful and emailed us with her details. If you get completely stuck you could write to them and see if they will help. It might take a couple of days for them to reply.

thanks dee. i just finally worked it out, otherwise i was gonna learn how to use the blogger help forum LOL.
sharyn suggested i reset my router, that got me able to sign in.
then i went to settings and changed them all to yes and i got my 'add a page element' back - yahoo!

Good to hear Joh, though I have to admit that you just spoke a weird foreign language. I am completely lost when it comes to computers.
