Migraine - I used to get them like that all the time - as soon as I threw up but I felt heaps better.

I always get the visual auora. starts with flashing lights, then i tend to end up almost like blind, but just seeing white.
Happened to me a few weeks ago at spotlight, I was so scared because i was there with Ella and nobody else to help me. Dr's are not all bad, just tell them to keep the needles away.

Obsi, it sounds like the first migraine I ever had. I was about 21, and it was as you described.
I don't think you have brain cancer or had a stroke.

If it was a stroke, and yes it is possible, deciding not to go to the doctor and check it out could quite likely lead to another stroke and possible death. Is it worth the risk?

You know what Obsi? It probably was a migraine, but it may also be a health warning. Doctors are ick ( I get anxious just making appointments) but if you have other health concerns (like your rosacea) then it might be a good time

Obsi I don't mean to freak you... But my friend died after thinking he *just had a migrain*. He was 44.
Please go and get checked out.
