 Hey Eilleen... that's an idea - as in envelope style/square with one opening (is that what you mean?) - that would mean less air able to get in too... hmm... might be doing THAT tonight lol

The lady who made them stated she designed them that way so they could be used like a serviette when unfolded... but I like the "envelope" idea E!

What if you just used the PUL inside out? Assuming you had cotton laminated PUL?

mmm wonder what we can come up with for reinforcing Obsi?
I think the idea is that the PUL-wrapped sandwich then goes in a lunchbox... but then yeh still the dodging apples and stuff... using the flat from icecream etc containers to make a 'reinforcer' to put in the bigger sides? gosh I dunno lol
