Just chop and freeze, then add them frozen to whatever you're cooking. Still haven't really had luck with spuds tho (see PPs)

oh yes mashed spud I have, yep and I think somewhere in this thread I posted on that - it does reheat fine, but I personally think it tastes a little more... ... floury? ie on top of shep pie, leftovers from dinner etc No one else seems to taste the difference tho so...
but sliced/julienned/diced, no I haven't had luck with that (yet).
