Daylight savings?

Has it started (or finished) yet? I'm so out of loop here but I vaguely remember it's sometime in March. My watch says it's 4.30pm here in NSW but the computer clock is 3.30pm

So what's the deal?

I know for Victorians it ends: Sunday 6 April 2008 from here

and for NSW
Daylight Saving 2007- 2008
Daylight saving starts on Sunday 28 October 2007 at 2 am Eastern Standard Time when clocks are put forward one hour and ends on Sunday 6 April 2008 at 3 am summer time when clocks are put back one hour.
