My clever 8mo did up her own nappy cover!
I couldn't believe it last night, and luckily I had a witness as DH was watching. I changed Pearl into her night nappy on my lap and she was watching lying down with her head up, then reached over the side to the tab of her pul bbh velcro cover, and pulled it to the front and stuck it down!
