I would be taking her to the doctors/hospital straight away. The things that stand out to me is trouble swallowing and the blisters. That isn't teething. Just not worth the risk in trying to diagnose it.
Sending get better vibes to your bub!

i agree totally with Bec.
Poor bub, definitely something I would get checked out straight away. Could be foot and mouth but even so something that definitely needs medical attention IMO

both niccola and josie have had this. in their case, it's herpes simplex
tho iwth josie it might have been exacerbated by food intolerances nothing helped. niccola went a whole week (5 days) without food or drink josie dribbled so much i put a bath mat around her throat. perhaps food based ice blocks? juices such as apple, but not the bitey ones such as orange or pineapple

To me it sounds like Herpes Simplex too. My first got it when he was 5mths old. It coincided with his first teeth. For the whole week he refused to feed and I had to express and feed by bottle (strange because he wouldn't take a bottle before or after that week and why that would be more comfortable than breastfeeding I'll never work out).
It's definitely worth ringing/visiting the doctor because they will be able to ask you questions and get the 'bigger picture' of what's going on. Get well soon bub!!
