I prefer this type of construction to straw bale homes - especially here in AU where the environmental cost of growing straw is actually quite a large one... water and carbon wise, as harvesting straw depletes soil (as opposed to plowing it back in as much or even burning it off and plowing in the coals)

oh i have watched this on foxtel
last one i saw was like a massive german kit house, very modern but yeah really interesting. the whole house was done in like a couple of days!
