Puree and freeze a stack for when Kane starts solids? Immanuel loved his zucchini puree early on. And it's easy to mix with or into other things.

my mum makes the most delicious zucchini pickles and pickled zucchinis (great with some pasta for a quick salad
 ) I have an awesome recipe for a zucchini carrot yoghurt cake, doesn't use an excessive amount of zucchini but ooh sooo very yummy

I made this recipe the other day, sort of a mix between Toad-in-the-hole and zucchini slice
