We've got a clip screwed to the frame that the cord (or chain in my case) goes through. I'll take a pic and show you. BBL.

you could order them direct from kidsafe couldntyou lindy (being in qld and all)
i might give kidafe qlda call myself and order them from there

i could not download the order form from kidsafe...anyway this one is cheaper, plus they have quite alot of other good safety gear too!

I fold mine in half, and then in half again, then tie them way up the top of the cords. Our house has them on all but one window. A real PTA with a two toddlers.

I rolled ours up and used a nappy safety pin through the cords to keep them rolled up.

No worries Lindy
They can be positioned so they are up quite high, and they are pretty tough, and seem pretty resistant to coming "un-locked", there is a sort of maximum amount of cord you can wind up inside them, but you should be able to get it right after a couple of goes max
