Neti Pot for Nasal Irrigation
This has been suggested to me to help with my constant sinus issues & post nasal drip....
Here is where you can read a bit about it, and HERE is the thing I bought... (in case you are like me and went "huh?") I'm just curious to see if anyone here has ever done this or thought about it? I used it for the first time last night and it was well, ummmmm, interesting  DH is calling it my "nose hose"  I have to say that it did seem to help quite a bit, so I'm going to keep it up daily, but lordy, its a weird feeling and I'd love to know what other's who have tried it think

I saw them on Oprah a while ago and thought they looked like a fantastic, simple idea.
lol at nose hose! I can get sinus issues so have considered it.

yeah i saw it on Oprah too. It makes sense for clearing the sinuses. I think they called it a nose bidet.
