Oh no
 I don't really remember doing much for Caitlyn when she had it but it was 6 years ago now so my memory's a bit hazy  I know I bought calamine lotion but she hated having it on so I didn't bother with it. I think oat baths are supposed to be soothing  hugs

for some reason I remember a doctor or someone telling me that calmine isn't recommended anymore
 there is something called solosite you can get, its a wound gel. just talk to the chemist  The RCH site recommend it.

Phenergan and pinetarsol gel got me through it... I hope you are all pox free very soon! I had it when I was about 21 and it was probably the sickest I've ever been...

I have heard the same thing Aimee. Calamine is drying and can cause scaring. I have heard pinetarsel/oat baths and solugel which is a wound dressing.
