It would have been better if you'd turned them into chocolate fairy pikelets before eating them
 (yes, that combination turned up at our house last weekend ).chocolate fairy pikelets = pikelets with nutella, topped with 100s & 1000s or sprinkles.

I'd eat nutella on pancakes/pikelets but not on bread
I usually eat it straight out the jar too so I am with the "no - nothing wrong with that" team heehee!
