    Default 2 Down!!

5 more fluffy mails to go hehe.. recived 2 of my fluffy mails today (ill post pics when i get every thing ) i got 13 cotton prefolds and 12 YUMMY bamboo prefold, a fleece newborn cover.. and 2 size 1 bamboozles (they look rather big so dunno what stage a baby would go into them and a size 1 tots bots cover which looks rather big aswell soo unless bubs is in a big cotton terrie nappy i dunno if itll fit depends on LO's size i suppose... and thats what i got so far so happy...

i know i prob should post this here but it saves me finding the correct spot and typing lots of posts when my computer is being slow...

    - but with prepping the prefolds i can wash them together on hot and then dry and wash dry and wash a few times right?? thats how you do it??

    - ALSO besides sunning what can i do too get mildew / mould out of my BGOS ?? it just on the front - and btw i have no idea how it could have gotton there so fast i only put the nappy in the pail less then 48 hrs b4 i got it out too wash- its been sunning all day and mostly its gone.. but i can still see it .. wats safe too use too get it out??

I have some everyday soaker (napisan) the dark pink i think.. is it ok if i wash just the one BG OS pul pocket outer in that (not the inserts they are fine) .. and if so how much of the napisan should i use?? ill only put the one nappy in as i can adjust my water level too really low.. i really wanna get this mould out so it doesnt spread too anything else...

    thanks xoxox

with the cotton prefolds you can boil them on the stove to prep them, saves washing so many times yk.
have a look on Diaper swappers for a tutorial about it

Personally I'd leave it out on the line overnight and tomorrow.

ETA: That's what I always try first. See what its like after that and go from there.

I wouldn't bother wetting it. It will probably get a dew on it overnight anyway (depending on where you live). Sorry fak.

you don't have to boil them, its jsut a suggestion so you don't have to put through the washer so many times.

Prepping them removes the natural oils & makes them more absorbant. Softens them up also.
I believe you don't have o prep bleached cotton prefolds as much as unbleached because the bleaching has already removed alot of the oils.
    But unbleached are softer.

    This is for cotton prefolds.
