Sukin is great for skin and haircare- it's simple and natural, and not expensive. I buy my shampoo and conditioner from them in 1L pump bottles for under $20 each.
Melrose liquid castile soap is great for a pump pack handwash.
I think the natural instincts bodywash is ok- my mum uses it sometimes, but I make my own bar soap for the shower. A lot of body washes have nasties in them, so be careful.
I use Ecostore dish washing liquid (we can get it at Safeway/Woolies now)
I use Bosistos Eucalyptus laundry powder concentrate, also available at Safeway/Woolies.

Hand wash by the sinks
Washing up liquid (no dishwasher at the mo)

we use both the same - I water down the Ecologic dishwashing stuff by half, put it in the bottle with the pump on the top and it sits on the sink in the kitchen for hands or for dishes.

Laundry Powder/liquid
Ecologic liquid. Again, I barely use any and sometimes none on clothes that don't really need it - the water and agitation is usually enough.

Shampoo
Conditioner

These are Avalon Organics I think. Lasts us for ages. I don't do my hair often otherwise it goes all fuzz ball lol so roughly once a week or less. The boys don't often wash theirs as a rub in the shower is enogh, Brooke does hers after swimming once a week and dunno how often Michael does his lol.

Shower gel of some type
mmm dunnno... don't use it.

Bubblebath (i don't use anything on DD per-say but she loves bubbles)
mmm can't remember the one we had yonks ago... it used I think nut oils (?) to get the bubbles, they separate in the bottle so you gotta shake it to make it mix before you add to the bath.
Usually we just use olive oil maybe some lav or citrus oil. no bubbles but a nice bath all the same.

can also try rose petals in the bath for something different (so long as she won't eat them! lol)
