The last week has been terrible for sleeping. I have been waking every hour!
![]() ![]() And then when I wake up I get some water and go to the toilet in case it helps me sleep longer than 55 mins in a row! During my last pregnancy, I am sure that I managed to get at least 2.5 hours sleep before waking up!At least with a newborn I recall being sooo stuffed that I had restful sleep even if it was only for a short time! I can't stomach chamomile tea, so I haven't tried it, but I am taking magnesium and valerian at recommendation of my obstetrician.. Does anyone have any sleep tips??? I feel like I am a uni student on exam week cramming..!!! But my brain is a sieve atm..

I have a bladder the size of a footy oval lol so think that's cheating on my behalf
![]() But sleeping sitting up works for me - comfy spot, feet up head back and *zip* OUT! Hope you find an answer soon... apart from birth lol

I thought that might be the case. Wasn't sure though whether it was just that you can't put it on yourself or whether it is to be totally avoided.
