I have no idea how it is spelt
 i can't even find it via goggle Is any one has a link or even a cookbook handy love to know how to make them TA Kristie

Chocolate Profiteroles
they are a pain to make but well worth it  I haven't used this recipe but it looks similar to the one i use...cranky bub so can't find it and type out now

 FLAT never again lol too much stuffing around i made little sandwich's out of them kids Love them .I stick to cakes/cookies next time lol

I tried hehe but i made it into a a sandwich lol it looked ok, Mum and DP loved it rolf as well as the kids but i won't eat it pmsl.
