Christmas what are your kids getting??

OMGoodness Clarinda that is soooo similar to ours! But yours is better
Ours is now 11 yrs old and onto child number 5! Has more than afew dings and paint chipped off, and no petrol bowsers anymore LOL

Jacinta is getting a Tricycle and some puzzles etc and some clothes
the big kids i have no idea because i really don't want to buy anything for nintendo or playstation
especially DS i want to get them something the can get active with

My boys always get spoilt... I can't help it. It's like living Christmas as a kid all over again.

Chase has got a batman scooter, dora lego, dora my talking backpack, playdoh

Jaidan has road carpet for his room, tonka train set, 20 new hotwheels cars, 3 DVD's

Ashton has a playdome, noahs ark with animals, learning puppy and looking at the layby docket 2 other Fisher Price things which I can't remember lol

I love Christmas!!

And I got them a seesaw and am putting together a sandpit with sleeper logs for the backyard.

we have the boys birthdays to get through before Christmas. L is getting a digital camera for that, and M is getting a proper trike with pedals

We are trying to keep Christmas low-key on the present side, but so far I've got them some wooden fruit and a wooden toaster/food set, Guess Who? game for L cause he loves to play games. I also ordered a bunch of stuff from those fundraiser catalogues you get through kindy/CCCs. Can't remember what exactly, but I know there's more wooden food in there, some dinosaur and insect things - you can build/create them yourself with the pieces, a hand-powered torch each (they like going on night walks with Daddy ) and maybe a few other small bits and pieces. Nothing major and I'm not buying anything else now. I might try and make them some things also.

Freya doesn't really have much but we already have a lot of baby toys. I did buy her a new ring stacker thing because our old one has bits missing. I think she'll probably just get clothes and that's what I'm going to ask for from family too.

It is Laila's birthday a few days after Christmas she's going to get SO much stuff from grandparents/friends this year

Kim I saw those wind up torches and thought they looked like a great idea. I think my kids will get one of those each.
So far I have clothes and a book each. We are trying to think of a combined present they can use outside (already have a swingset and a trampoline)

liams getting a 10 foot enclosed trampoline, lego sets (2 sets of people, a car set and a mixed set) some board games, a lot of crafty stuff, pooh bear dvds and a really funky magnet fishing game he is going to adore.

jon is getting a go go zebra, a ride on train that has a track, stride to ride walker, and some fisher price toys.

hubby is getting $200 of weights from rebel sports.

me no idea yet!

oh and we always remember to do something for someone else - be it the Christmas appeal or... etc (which is not FOR my kids in terms of the end recipient, but is also partly 'for' my guys to learn the reason behind it) ykwim.
