I think that you are just reacting to what you have been through lately.
Huge hugs to you though you know we all love you here. Take the time to talk you Doc, maybe and not saying that you do need it some meds might help, be they doctor prescribed or a herbal one. Don't think of it as a weakness or any thing like that, just think of it this way even Tiger Woods plays a crap game of golf now and then, you just need to go easy on yourself. Us women are our own worst critics sometimes, your doing the best you can for your kids at the moment.

i get like that when i have a lot going on - even ads make me teary!!! it's like being premenstrual (the way i get pms) permanently
if you start to feel flat or apathetic, and show the other signs of depression i'm guessing you know then i'd see someone. but as already said with a whole lot going on right now then i'd say you are as normal as the rest of us (and i'm not a big fan of the word normal either) hugs karen

I'm with Karen here.... I don't like the use of "n" words...normal, nice, naughty etc...
![]() You do have a lot to deal with right now Kristie and it's not unusual to feel overwhelmed in this kind of situation. Believe me - I've been there more times than I could even begin to recall right now. As long as you are leveling out after a few days or so, I wouldn't be overly concerned. ![]() However, if it's been a few weeks.. maybe you need to reassess. Here is a link to some symptoms on Beyond Blue. (((Hugs))) K.

Kristie you have had so much going on lately, I'm not surprised you have hit a little 'bump' in your road!!
I understand the sudden tearyness, but a good cry also helps. I only need a sad song or tv show etc to bring my feelings about my Dad's illness to the surface, but it does make me feel better to release the emotion - if only briefly. If you ever need to chat, or just to have someone listen, I'm always here!
