I'm sorry your having emotional days.. I used too suffer from depression... Nowadays i still get down but def. not as bad so i used to be so i figure its at the normal end of emotions.. If you have alot going on atm thats prob whats making the emotions come out more... see when ive got alot on i get down and feel similar too u, but then i know im nowhere near as bad as i used too be and i always snap out of it...
maybe it wouldnt hurt too speak too someone about how your feeling and see what exactly is causing the increase in emotions? hope that helped.. i think its normal tho for ppl too have emotional times when alot is going on... xoxoxox hugs xoxoxoxox and angelskies is right.. i too cant tell u if your normal or not... just that i too get that way.. sometimes. |

What is normal anyway??
I would fit on the fairly upbeat and optimistic scale of things, but often get a bit emotional about things I hear on the news (both happy and sad), documentaries, people stories etc.(even some posts on here!) I think is great to be able to empathise and feel what is going on around you. I hope you are feeling better about this. i enclose a big hug!

I think if you were teary etc and DIDN'T have any of the stresses then it would be time to consider doing something about it, but you really have had so much going on, it's not surprising that you're feeling bad. If it keeps up, or bothers you, go see your doctor and talk about your options.
I think you're doing so well to be getting through everything!

You have had a terrible amount of stress in your life these past few months I would say perhaps things are just playing funny buggers with you right now. I am in the exact same boat right now, wondering whether to go back and see my Dr. about it or not. If you're unsure maybe go have a talk with your Dr and leave the kidlets home with Mike?I truly hope things pick up for you soon sweetie! ya!

Hugs Kristie, sorry to hear things have been stressful for you
![]() PP are right, it's *normal* to feel emotional when you're stressed. I have had really bad moments, days, weeks before and felt awful nothing cold cheer me up. Do you have someone IRL you can talk to about how you feel? Hope you feel better soon.

What's normal? You have had a lot on your plate lately so I think it is totally understandable.
I have found just since having children I get emotional at the drop of the hat, even over happy things. As PP said if you're concerned maybe you should see your GP on your own. Big hugs to you.

Don't know if this helps but I'm pretty familiar with anxiety and I had postnatal depression after my fourth baby due to a lot of stressful events including hubby writing off the car and nearly killing himself the day after bub was born. There is a thing called SAMe, it is a natural product you can buy at health food shops and I think is safe for breastfeeding. It worked wonders for me.
