Another thing I love about summer

Well Yesterday was the first day in over 2 months that both DH and i were BOTH home all day and all night and neither of us working (though DH was on call and got several calls, he never had to attend so all good) and the weather was soo warm to boot, even if a bit overcast, soo at 9 am yesterday DH brushed the dust off the Weber and fired it up and had a ohh so yummy leg of lamb in and cooking by 10am... at 630 when we ate (after 8.30 hours cooking) some DEVINE Hickory smoked lamb roast for dinner i realised how much i love summer and cooking outdoors

Yup it's def a plus! I love walking out in the morning and that Spring/Summer smell... devine!

Mmmmmm, I think our weber needs to come out now.... that sounds delish!

You're so much more adventurous than us ... but I did pop some steaks on the barbie the other night and then we sat outside and ate tea. It was lovely.

lol we are not very adventurous at all.... but boy i just love the basic roast in the weber, my dad does all cool fancy stuff in it

Hey we had a weber dinner too last night, ours was a pork roast though. My DH does the BEST roasts, I have never cooked a roast in my married life since my DH does a sensational job with them in the weber, he marinates them or does the hickory smoked as well, devine stuff...... we are having leftovers for tea tonight.
