I really wanted to put this as it's own thread - but we do have a 'thank you' thread...

Thank you to every single active member of Nappycino.

I've been around the modern cloth nappy world for 2 years now and in that time I have seen the community go from a tight knit, supportive bunch of new mums exploring the wonderful new world of fitted cloth nappies in all its variants, to a place where I felt everyone was watching their own back and actually scared of the harm that saying the 'wrong thing' could cause to their fledgling small business. My own business came and went almost overnight (it's still going... wait and see!) as did many others.

I have been delighted to see lately that the community is thriving with more and more members joining every day.

Take a look at this week's posts. We have had a friendly competition; huge compliments on photos posted; sewers and knitters coming to the rescue of others in dire need of a particular fabric; friendly and fair trades and swaps; co-ops; offers to help sew/alter nappies... I am so impressed and proud of you all. Mums AND Dads of cloth nappied babes.

That's all. keep up the good work. I love belonging to Nappycino, even though my DS is almost out of nappies I am not going anywhere! Hey I still wear cloth pads every month...
