Wasn't he a moody little sooky-bum? Lucky his wife works with little kids so knew how to deal with him...

It's so frustrating seeing how disorganised some of them are...and seriously, how does it take 2 hours to make cous-cous, wilted greens & fry up some duck? I think they all try too hard to put every fancy ingredient in every fancy dish they can think of instead of making a menu with dishes that compliment each other.
