I read that this afternoon. I'm so glad you have kept in touch with the midwives, and that they were and continue to be such a good support for you.

I know some midwives and health care professionals get a bit of a bad wrap at times and sometimes some of them really deserve it, but amongst some of them walk angels. After all that I have been through I am adovocate for my care and health and I speak up if someone rubs me up the wrong way now especially when it comes to pregnancy and delivery.

I know what you mean. We had one middie who was wonderful. She was there when Nick was delivered, when he went into intensive care and she visited me in my room afterwards and pooped in to see how he was doing too.

I nearly cried with joy when we went in to have Lilli and she was there too!
