I could make you up a pair of black longies & you could put the patch on. If it was on the bottom of the leg, as you mentioned, I don't think it would be a wicking problem.

Yup I think a silver fern on black longies would be fine

And wicking wouldn't be an issue if it was on the bottom of a leg.
