My first thought was pregnancy!
If that's not the case, the PPs are totally right in that is it possible to re-establish your milk supply and teach your babe to breastfeed again, if you wish. Some resources if you are interested: http://www.lrc.asn.au/forum/viewforu...600ec96a9fdd98 http://www.fourfriends.com/abrw/ http://www.lalecheleague.org/NB/NBadoptive.html They are aimed at adoptive mamas but the same principles apply for relactating for a bio baby.

I think I did read somewhere once that a particular PND med can increase supply. Perhaps look in to what is in it to see if that is the case. If you want you can PM me what it is and I can look it up in my copy of Medications and Mothers Milk.
If your DS isn't keen on feeding from the breast, but is happy to take the breastmilk from a bottle you could express it for him if you were interested in doing that. It's up to you.

Yep, I was on medication for PND 12 months after I stopped feeding and I suddenly got milk
certain anti D's increase prolactin. It's best not to breastfeed on those medications anyway

PE, it is vry possible to get the baby to return to the breast, women who adopt toddlers who have been institutionalised do it for the child's emotional welfare.
unlikely you're pg - the pg hormones supress, not encourage, the lactation hormones. esp in someone who isn't feeding

I don't know a huge lot about b/f, but I'm curious! (ok, I know enough to have b/f for six months, but I don't know about the processes etc!)
