GP who uses cloth :)
In the never-ending quest to find a decent GP, I stumbled onto a lovely young female GP not too far from here. She spotted Jess's shorties, and asked about them, I started on a (condensed version of) my cloth nappy spiel, and then she tells me she has a 1 yr old son, and uses cloth on him too! Yay!!! She has been using terry flats, but recently ordered some bamboo naps from Nuture Nappies. How cool!! So now each time I see her, she asks to see what nappy Jess has on
 And besides that, she's a great GP too

That's really great Kerri!
My GP (who's otherwise fantastic) tried to tell me that they did a study in Germany showing that the environmental impact of cloth and disposables are about the same -- yeaaaah right OK.

Irene, my GP pretty much said the same thing, what are these guys, paid by the companies who make disposables??? I mean do they really think we're that silly. Since got a new female GP who thinks it's great am using cloth and recommends this to other mums whose babes have sensitive skin.

Isn't that great. I know how happy I was when I went to a GP when Anna was about 4 months old and had a rash I couldn't get rid of. He said that cloth was the best thing I could be using for it.

There are acouple more GPs aroun here who cloth nappy their kids; I get SOOO EXCITED WHEN doctors choose cloth; it's such a great sign, as they are such role models!!
