Would this creep you out?
Coming home at 7.30pm at night to find your front garden and house tidied up, when no one other than your landlord/real estate know where you live (and the neighbours), but the two houses next to yours are left untouched but are also owned by the same landlord?
The security grate was closed - I left it open. I do not think anyone has been in the house, but I cannot tell... I have no idea who has done this, nor why they would. No notes left or anything. I like having faeries visiting... but they could at least tell me who they were... I am a wee bit freaked out that someone has been "playing" with our front yard...

We have a bin fairy. Every week when are rubbish is collected the fairy puts are bin away. For months we couldnt' work out who it was, but one day we come home early and found the 10 year old boys who live in the street, running between the houses putting everyone's away. How nice of them......but your situation would certainly freak me out.

Yes it would creep me out. Start calling the landlord & ask if it was them now!!
Edited to add: You know.. whoever did this could have the wrong address instead

Have you jusr moved in?
Maybe it was a friendly neighbour who thought your garden needed tidyingup. Check with the neighbours to see if they saw anything.

why would the landlord do it to our property and not the others...? maybe it was a neighbour... dunno...

I once had a neighbour do a clean up on my front yard (it was only a little strip out the front of the unit I was living in at the time). He thought it could do with some "neatening" up (ie I was bringing down his place by having my strip look daggy
)Maybe the landlord did yours first, and will do the next one tomorrow etc?
