Yep absolutely, for bubs on solids plus older kids/adults this is true. They all work, but in order of pref it would be plum, prune, juice. The plum contains fibre, water and a natural laxative ...prune minus the water...juice minus the fibre. Antioxidants in all versions too as a bonus The stomach capacity of little ones needs to be considered though...so if you want it to work asap- then the more concentrated form, the better if that makes sense?

And yes...Kiwi fruit too absolutely!

also i've found green apples can do the trick, and apple juice (at least with my son) good luck with it, it is really horrid when they are uncomfortable =(

Oh yeah!!!! Pears were great when we first started on that stupid rice cereal (wouldn't bother with that next time!!!)

Lily loves pears and she was having a bit of a fixation on them and was eating them sliced; they still work just as well at 14 months!!! we had some lovely nappies to deal with there!!!
