Default Re: OT - Training hair

both dds hair is like that. superfine and impossible to deal with as well as curled. neither ones hair will stay in elastics (it just slides straight out ) so i spent ages finding their natural part and brushing it then putting a hat/hairband on. it is now reasonable looking when it is down but dd2s especially hangs in her eyes a lot at the front. dd1s hair always looked messy because of the curls but it is starting to settle down.

You cant train hair to grow in a certain direction. Its determined by the hair follicles under the skin. Sorry Brooke but you can only tie it up or use a head band or clips. You can do it when it wet as long as you dont pull it really tight - also you can tie it back (again not too tight) then dry it with a blow drier and that will help keep it back - maybe even add a little hair spray if your desparate
