I meant that its extremly hard to harm your baby with homeopatics, not like with panadol etc

You could probably take half the bottle and it woulden't harm you - not that anyone should do that!

Just remember also that it isn't a 'magic cure' for sleep/settling so don't get upset if it doesn't work. It seems to work about half the time when we use it but may just be a coincidence and bub would have settled anyway.

Rescue Remedy rubbed on the skin is another option... it is essence of the flowers, so does not contain anything that can harm. it is suspended in grape wine so rubbing it on the skin means they are not ingesting. Or you could buy the cream. It is fantastic Bach flowers, and very calming.

THough seeing a bush flower or bach flower practicioner and getting your own mix made up would be more beneficial...

and that way you are not dosing them with anything...
