Charlotte was literally dry overnight lol..I sorta forced it on her ..told her no more night nappies and she would be wearing big girl knickers to bed no drinks an hr before bed which is around 8:30 and took her to the potty before bed ..she also had a cot mattress protector under her in case plus a potty in her room. and she was dry in the morning..took me around 6 mths to remove the protector and the potty..it must be close to a year now that she has been dry. I was quite surprised at how easy it was..cause my sister etc was telling me it was gonna take ages. They still dont believe she is not in pull ups or some thing overnight

My neice is 10 and still wearing pull ups so personally I think they are a crock and actually dont teach kids anything other than its still ok to wee overnight and not get up iykwim

Without going into too much detail it is a psycological (sp?) issue for my neice and you think she should have seen a councellor/pyschologist by now but thats a whole other rant post

Joh-oh no..Charlotte still has a mattress protector underneath her sheets..I used to put a cot mattress protector directly underneath her. Charlotte has had an accident..but that was on the couch while napping..not impressed!

Its weird..ppl post all the time about how they can get their child TT and then you give them suggestions and they say now way without even trying. I mean..its great to drink water but when the child has to do it throughout the night then I am guessing they need it for comfort or they are not getting enough during the day or some other health issue
