Default I might jinx it, but YAY no nappies and dry nights!

Tahlia has had another go wearing no nappies overnight.... since before Christmas, and she's been going well. Still the occasional wet night, but mostly dry.

We've been waking her up when we go to bed and making her go to the toilet. The times she's wet is usually then. One night we came in and found her pants around her ankles and a recently wet bed - I think she'd probably dreamed that she was in the toilet, pulled down her pants and done her wee.

For the last 3 nights she's not wanted to be woken up to go to the toilet, so we've left her go all night, and she's been dry!

Great news Obsi.

We've had to put Abbey back in nappies overnight, each time we move to knickers she is great for a few weeks and slowly regresses backwards to the point of wetting the bed at least once a night. She'll get there one day...I hope!

yes, we've had a couple of unsuccessful attempts, but this time seems to be it I think.

Not that I'm pushing for her to be night trained if she's not ready, it doesn't both me either way... her spirit was willing, but the body not able I think, but it seems now she's able to hold on more.

If she's like me, I remember having dreams where I'd be going to the toilet and it was so realistic I'd wet the bed - very mean of my brain! I still have the dreams, but now I'll be trying to find a toilet, but the walls will be glass, or no toilet paper or something that stops me actually being able to go and after a few attempts to find a suitable toilet, I wake up going 'wow, I do need to go to the loo'

LOL Obsi I had the same dreams as a kid, mostly when something exciting was coming up like a birthday or school camp. I'd be dreaming about going to the toilet and wake up mid wee, very embarrasing when you're 7.

Yes I did it to fairly old too...... thankfully my brain invented the situations where I'm too embarrased to be able to/toilet too dirty etc., to save me still doing it LOL

That's great. Sounds like a very promising start.
