Talking Out of day nappies at last!!!

I thought the day Aiden stops wearing nappies would be bitter sweet.
The thought of not putting on such spunky nappies which not only was a statement of the type of family we are and what we believe in, was really something I dreaded, but you know what!?!?!
He will be 4 in September.. about bloody time I say, I'm glad to never have to deal with cleaning wee and poo everyday, having buckets stinking and attracting flies and their lava on hot days ever again

I'll probably miss the "hobby" "collection" side of things, but I'm sure I will survive

My little boy isn't a baby anymore. This was the last baby milestone to achieve and he's done it. His little bum is so squishy and I get to squeeze it now without the 10 or so layers of hemp or bamboo in the way

Ok I think I have convinced myself that I am happy that he is out of nappies now...

It is a good feeling in a way isn't it?
Alex has been day trained for........about a year or so.
Last night was his first night wearing 'big boy jocks' to bed (he's been dry for about 2 weeks) & no accidents!!!
I must admit it is a relief!!!!!!! Much less work!

That's great news Genie Deklan has been toilet trained for awhile but doesn't like to go to the toilet so we end up with wet pants and trousers all the time. He says I have already been. What he means is that he went earlier in the day But I must admit it is nice to have another one on the way to use gorgeous nappies.

Hooray for Aiden! It is sad because its the *end of an era* (so to speak), but not having to deal with changing nappies, particularly pooey ones, will be great.
