Live Help has now been implemented at Buyena. This will be followed by a dedicated helpdesk system and a more comprehensive user guide. Obviously the Live Help will not be online all the time, but check for the icon on the Buyena Website (top right hand corner) to see if help is available or not. Please don't use the live help session for a look around or a bit of a chat, only join if you do require help and remember to have your username handy and applicable auction numbers.
