it has happened here too - I should only have subscription 1, and paypal has deducted twice.

No stress and no hurry - if it is easier for you, keep the extra as a donation.

Jo, I've canceled it in Pay pal, don't worry about the refund I'd like to donate it to NC.

The banks not going to pay back their $80 so don't see why you should pay back your $10

I just debited again and I can't see where to change it, I have tried everything. I knew mine was due so no problems, but sheesh, paypal have some questions to answer!!!!

I wonder if Jo can disable the subscriptions for a little while until paypal have sorted their crap out? It hasn't happened to me yet, but if it does, it's going to cause quite a problem...

Happens the same to me too. Last night I cancelled the subscription after having paid on 30th May and this morning paypal deducted another $10 from me again. I don't mind giving that as a donation though, just want to reset this automatic payment but I don't know how.

Here are rather detailed instructions for cancelling an automatic payment with Paypal.
I suggest checking that you have cancelled both payments Ying... maybe you only stopped one?
Jo is unable to stop any of these payments if they are set in your Paypal account though.
