Just wondering why I cannot see the State Access Req's thread that's all, being a member of the forum.
Has it got to do with being under 1-month/less than 50 posts?

ETA: I can see the thread now via a different link (directly from Nappycino Bulletin)
Some how the link above the individual state threads in the main index does not work for me.
