Default AIO's for newborn

Hiya!

Cloth on a newborn (besides terry flats) is new to me.

I have bought some fitteds and prefolds but am wanting some AIO's too.

I am wanting mainly
Honey boys
beetlebums
itti bitti
bubblebubs

I would just like your recommendations.
And are AIO's really OK for a newborn? No explosions? Or should I just really only get a couple special ones. I dont want to spend a heap on something that may only last a few weeks so advice on size would be great too. As an indication DD was 55cms and 3.7kg

Thanks a mill

I used small bubblebubs and NB Magicalls on my little girl from about 4 weeks, but she was only 2.6kg at birth. I think she was about 3.5kg at 4 weeks. We havn't had any leaks as yet. Although i do need to boost the magicalls.
I think Berry Plush have a small AIO??? Can't quite remember, think i saw them at the baby expo in melb.....
I only had 2 bubblebubs and 3 magicalls. So was using terry flats and covers most of the time. And had AIO's for special occasions!

ooh good to know there's no leaks

I mainly use AIO's for Mila so do prefer this sort of nappy, just wasn't sure if they were really OK.

Anyone had experience with the ittis or minky beetlebums?

We are using Bubblebubs, Monkey Doodlez, CK Honey Boys and Itti's - all good so far.

We have had itti's, (mostly fitteds though) LL Honeyboys, Bubblebubbs and Beetlebums. No drama's with any of them. All of them still fit Alex at 4 months except the beetlebums, but they were so tiny and cute. We haven't had any blowouts at all. The Berry plushes, I prefer to just use as a cover with a fitted underneath rather than the insert.

I use the bubblebubs AIO's on Tia and they work great, they are the small size and she was 2.8kg at birth. The only problem I had was a leak when I didn't have the booster right in the middle of the nappy. If it's all lined up it even holds in her poosplosions
The fit up to 8kg as well, so should last a while
