If you have seen any of my recent posts I just adore the Snoozywuns night nappy - have 5 of them now , they are trim for a night nappy (was totally amazed when I put it on DS actually) and I find that it varies on how wet they are - DS is a medium/heavy wetter, just depends really and I have never had a leak or any dampness yet - this mornings was the wettest it has been and he had it one for around 12 hours. I also like the VBSN that I have, but since I have all my Snoozywuns, they have taken a backstep for a while.

I tried a Bamboo Sandman and that was pretty good I also got a KK ML AIO and it was too small Will have to try and get my hands on a large to see how they go.

Still looking at the Snoozywuns How do the Snoozywuns and KK AIO's compare? Is there much difference apart from the stay dry inner?

Will 'eventually' sharpen my Hyena skills for a Wizz Kids

Hey Pobie, my DD who is only 10 weeks has been wetting thru BBB with both boosters and an extra by 4 hours so even if she wasn't hungry at night I'd have to get up to change her. And I thought she was too young for a night nappy (thought night nappies were only for 6months +) but I bought a whizzkidz night and boy did it go the distance. DH has demanded I buy more because that means only one night in 3 we can actually stay in bed and not change nappies...

So I'm going to join you on that hyena trail for a whizzkidz!

I think the Sandmans look pretty but the size range is too big for my DD, and I like the Whizzkidz OSFM thing. My DD is 4.7kg and it fits her.

Hi
I have used BBB & BBH on my 11 month old exclusively but am now finding that they just don't last the night, well no leaks with a booster but he is waking up twice in the night for a nappy change, I think it's just because he feels wet. So....I was just about to run out and by some sposies (my first ever pack) in desperation to get him back to sleeping through the night before I checked on nappycino for some advice and this thread popped up! I thought sposies might draw the moisture away and help him to feel dry. Is there a cloth alternative that will do this? After reading everyone's advice I have decided I might go for some Whizz Kids. Are they microfibre? I have tried finding a website for them with no luck. Can anyone tell me where I can buy some from??

Whizz Kids Here But you really need to be there ready when they are stocked cause they go fast

I think there may have been some on B4B will have a look and be back

Whizz Kidz Nightz-Blue Snaps Good condition (Auction ID: 15114, End Time : 07 May. 2008 13:00:00) - Buy for Baby

Oh and just thinking do you line your BBB & BBH with fleece liners they will help to keep him drier

the whizz kids are bamboo fleece and don't have any microfibre in them

Thank you for the advice. I will try and get my hands on some of those Whizz kidz soon. I haven't been lining with fleece but I do have some fleece liners somewhere so will give that a go tonight too. Much better than buying sposies!

I find that my boy will wake if he feels wet. I use night nappies with a microfleece or suedecloth inner so that the stay dry fabric is the only fabric than is in contact with his skin. He feels dry and sleeps through!

Our night nappy is a bit of a mish-mash but it works. Here it is layer by layer, micro-fleece cut into a big nappy shape that covers all the skin, then a BBB, then a bamboo tri-fold booster with a microfibre cloth folded inside it, all covered and held in place with a woolen soaker (double thickness on the front as he is a tummy sleeper). This ALWAYS works and he will drink 2 x 200ml bottles before going to bed and another one at 2am.

Well, my Whizz Kidz night nappy arrived today and I was v.excited about giving it a go. First of all - it was so hard to figure out how to put it on (yes I am sleep deprived, so maybe that's why). I need it on the small setting. Anyway, I think I figured it out. But when I got it on DD (almost four months) DP demanded that I take it off - and actually, I could sort of see his point. It was like she was a beached turtle - she's a side sleeper, and when we put her on her side, neither of her legs could touch the mattress! She was just sort of balanced on her mega-bum. She won't sleep on her back, and DP is not keen on her going on her tummy (although that's what SHE would like). Do the people here that boost their night nappies to the sky have side sleepers? Or is this only possible when they sleep on their backs?
