Ali, sorry just saw this.
We don't limit drinks. They are all different but I trust Eliza not to wet the bed. She will get up if she needs to. Oh and the stall tactic drink is a loooooong phase her sorry to say, she still does it! I just leave a drink on her bedside table now. But at 2 I probably would not have....

Harry's another who very rarely gets up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. I usually have to beg him in the mornings to go as well.
On the odd occasion he does get up he goes himself and puts himself back to bed too. But as we all know every child is different.

I think people are all different. I can hang on forever if it means not getting out of bed. DH always has an early morning toilet visit

Ali I am sure Isabel and Eliza must have some telepathy going. We also have, drink, wee, book, song, where is bear?, then it is I'm hot - I need to take off my socks/pants/shirt ot pull down the doona, can you turn on the night light etc etc....
