I think we might just try for more nappy free time, introduce the idea of the toilet and start talking about it more. I think that will be enough at this stage and we'll see what happens.
The general consensus seems to be to wait until they are 'ready'. As someone who thought this was the best way to go and waited until dd's were almost 3 - I really question this now - I think I actually missed their best 'window' of opportunity. I also came under huge amounts of criticism for not starting earlier.
Will see how we go.

I wanted to have an under 12 months and a 3yrs and over for that matter, but poll options are limited so I went with the age groups that I thought would be most likely. Judging by the replies these were the best to go for anyway. EC is not a new concept to me
