Default Won't wear cloth trainers as he says they are nappies

I invested in a few pairs of lovely Blueberry training pants for toilet training and have tried them on DS a couple of times, but he won't put them on because he says they are nappies!

Has anyone else experienced this? Looks like I will just have to go with normal undies and bear the consequences when we are out or else continue with normal nappies (which he will ear, funnily enough) until I am more sure of his habits.

We went reguar jocks for day times and use the blueberries at night now. They are great for that and are called "night jocks" here.

Hi there,
I am a cloth trainer user, but despite that, my first question would be as above, do you really need them for days? If you do, then I reckon the Noonee Wilga ones look very much like undies, especially boy undies. We have progressed to using them now and Katherine likes them as comfortable undies, especially the summer weight ones. They aren't waterproof, but hold enough in to prevent puddles at the feet for most wees. NIce for the Mum who is not entirely confident in toddler's abilities or toddlers who do have the occasional accident - not all kids are perfect at toiletting straight away. (By the way, as for normal undies speeding up the process, some, but not all, toddlers don't care if they wet their undies, so it doesn't speed it up for them!!!)
The Noonee Wilga ones are called one wet pants and I think they are custom made to your child's measurements (the ones I use are second hand!! on loan but fit beautifully). Noonee Wilga - OneWet Pants
Hope this is useful info,
regards,
