I've got some Blueberry training pants that I occasionally use on Chelsea that I have found to be very absorbent. They easily hold one of her mega wees so they might be ok overnight for a just-in-case type scenario.
You can buy them from The WeeWuns, Baby Blossom & I thought Baby Soft Landings used to sell them but I can't find them on their site anymore. |

I think there are some motherease ones called bedwetter pants, but we use imse vimse training pants (though I don't think we need to anymore and will phase them out soon. I love the imse vimse ones, soft, fabric-y feel, absorbant (not a full wee though).

Hi I have currently got two chilcren in overnight cloth pull ups, the older because she said disposable bed time pants were uncomfortable. Not all in Bilby's list would suit overnight due to absorbency unless you are just catching dribble before going to the toilet on waking up in my opinion, I would look into the following for big wee's overnight:
Honey Boy Pull Up (Cherub's Kiss): order direct as not usually in stock - I add 2 bamboo boosters and they hold an amazing amount even for a wee done in the middle of the night and not changed until morning (refusal by toddler!!). My 2yo is in a L and Lesley makes an XL if needed. These are my favourite because they are so gentle on chubby thighs. Happy Heiny pocket trainer: we have a small for the 2yo and a medium for the 5yo and a variety of stuffer combinations. They work extremely well once the stuffing is sorted out and will be much easier over winter. Very bulky, but even the 5yo who wore disposable nappies overnight doesn't care - she's forgotten she ever wore nappies!!! Blueberry Training Pants at Baby Blossom: these are often mentioned as very absorbent, I am yet to try them out, I expect to add boosters for our heavy wetters. Motherease Bedwetter Pant: Also haven't used but they apparently hold 400ml or was it 600ml I can't remember. Anyway, I looked into it a fair bit and these are the ones I look for second hand on Buy for Baby. Although I actually bought the Honey Boy brand new and love it - worth the expense for my 2yo. I suppose for a 41/2yo who has only regressed, I would go the Blueberry or Happy Heiny pocket - and try for second hand or buy new and sell later!! Have fun choosing and finding what works for you. cheers,
