Loves potty, scared of the toilet

I cant take our potty, its one of those huge babybjorn ones

The potty is right in front of the toilet and we often go to the loo together. She is very familiar with the toilet, like to flush her wees and poos etc.

Thats an idea to try the kiddies ones. they have them at kindy (still in nappies at kindy). that might be the trick.

claireberry - what a great seat.

My dd started tt a week ago. now she goes to the potty (elmo - childcare), emptys it into the toilet and flushes. She goes to bed with out a nappy aswell. But she doesn't wear knickers at home - if she does she wee's in them. She will sit on the toilet occasionally but no wee's or poo's. She definately won't go on the toilet when we are out. An example - we were at playgroup today and I knew she wanted to go, I tried 5 times. but she went outside and did it in her knickers Oh well. We even took her step. the toilet is a small one too so she could sit fine.

She will get the hang of it soon
