I take dry wipes out and a bottle of camomille tea in an old water bottle with a pop top, it's easy to squirt the wipes as you use them. Sometimes I forget the bottle of camomille tea, but I always have a water bottle with me so I just use that.

I use facewashers, and I just leave them dry - usually Im going somewhere I can find a tap, but if not, I take a bottle of water with me. So in that case, Id just fold them and put them in the bag.
When I was keeping them wet, I would take a wetbag and put them in there while still damp, but then Id find they were never wet enough. So If for travelling, Id do this, but also take a spray bottle of your mixture incase you need them wetter. Another alternative would be a tupperware leak proof container of some kind. They are fantastic! maybe you could have enough liquid in there and know it wont leak everywhere.
