2 in nappies on longhaul flight - help!

I'm going domestic to a weekend conference for hubby's work. We're staying at a flash hotel with no doubt expensive laundry service, for 3 days.
I've got no wetbag. I'll probably go disposable, but I have a feeling this girl will manage to outdo them with her bf poos and power wees! We'll take some covers, after reading this, and some cloth to wear home.
