does this sound suss?

I might be being overly paranoid, but does this sound suss to you? DH was wanting to purchase stuff off ebay, clicked buy now, then proceed to paypal, log in, and then it comes up with a page saying that before you can proceed you have add more accounts like your credit card or keycard numbers with expiry dates. The address bar at the top was yellow which I thought was odd.
I clicked out of it all, cos it didn't seem right, opened a new browser and changed password details on my paypal and ebay accounts. So am I just being paranoid?

I think you were wise to be safe than sorry. I know that I have gone to pay straight away from ebay to paypal and never had a problem, but we already have a credit card attached to ours so have never come across this before.

Sounds abit suss

I have tried to pay by paypal a few times and it has come up to add a credit card because the sellers have set their paypal acccounts to except credit card payments only and my account didn't have a CC

I did notice last time I was paying with ebay and paypal the checkout system has changed

I've encountered it before, because I don't have a credit card linked to my PP account. Its very irritating. I can have like $200 in my paypal account but not be able to use it because I don't have a credit card linked to it.

I noticed that the other day too and I wasn't happy about it cause it seemed as though I logged into paypal through ebay, rather than into paypal separately. I wasn't paying enough attention, but I'm sure the login page I went to when making my payment was an ebay login for paypal, not the normal paypal login and it all seems a bit too intertwined for my liking...

Anyway, that's no answer to the OP!
